It comes from farms located in southern Brazil and is made with an innovative tanning process where chromium, heavy metals or dangerous acids are not involved. In this way the use of chemical and energy products is limited, the use of water is reduced by about 40% and the use of salt by 80%. After processing, the water is recovered and reused
