The Flexi digital thermometer is a medical device by Innogio. Provides fast and accurate temperature readings in the mouth, underarm and anal for adults and children. The advantage of the thermometer is the memory of the last measurement. Useful function if you want to compare different measurements. With GIOflexi, problems of broken glass or mercury spills are avoided.

Oral Measurement: Place the thermometer probe in one of the positions marked with " " as shown in the figure on the right for approximately 1 minute. To increase the accuracy of the measurement, keep your lips parted for 5 minutes before taking the measurement. The valid temperature range for this mode is 35.7-37.3 (96.3-99.2).
Rectal measurement: Coat the thermometer sensor with petroleum jelly to facilitate insertion. Gently insert the sensor about one centimeter (less than half an inch) deep into the patient's rectum and hold it there for about 1.5 minutes. The valid temperature range for this mode is 35.2-36.7 (95.4, F-98.1, F).
Underarm measurement: From a medical point of view, this method never guarantees an accurate measurement. Clean your armpit with a dry towel. Place the thermometer sensor under your armpit and hold your arm pressed firmly against the side of your body for about 1.5 minutes. The valid temperature range for this mode is 35.2-36.7 (95.4-98.1)
