Our business, Family Nation S.R.L., is registered with the Florence Chambers of Commerce with the following reference code REA FI-607993and has VAT number IT-06190610482. You will see the name “Family Nation S.R.L.” in the payment record for purchases you make with us (Family Nation S.R.L. is the ePayment’s merchant of record).

We at Family Nation SRL are responsible for the purchases you make from us, including the delivery of the products (physical and digital) or related services. We are responsible for customer service and dispute resolution in accordance with the terms applicable to the transaction (these terms and conditions).
During checkout you will enter the shipment address and you will see the shipping costs for the country that you are shipping to. You can find a full list of shipping costs here.
We keep the great majority of our products in stock in our warehouse in Parma, Italy, ready for quick dispatch. If an item requires more time to ship, the number of days until we can ship it is indicated on the product page, in the shopping cart, and in your order confirmation. We ship orders received by 12.00 noon (CEST – Italian time) the same day, provided they were available for immediate dispatch and the payment has cleared.
We ship orders via express courier. Once your order has been dispatched, it will arrive within 2 working days (48 hours) within Italy, or 3-5 working days for most countries in Europe. The full list of shipment times can be found here.
For countries within the European Union, the prices shown on the site www.family-nation.com include VAT, and exclude the cost of delivery. (For orders delivered outside of the EU, VAT is not charged, and part of the price for each item is used to reduce the delivery costs).
We keep the majority of our products in stock in our warehouse in Parma, Italy. In some cases the product will need to be ordered from the manufacturer especially. If you can’t find a product that you would like to buy, or a size or colour is missing, please write to us at info@family-nation.com and we will do our best to obtain the product you need.
As soon as you place your order you will receive by email a receipt showing the total cost of your order. We will also include a printed copy of your receipt inside your package - unless you have indicated it is a gift (in which case we leave it out). For orders shipped to countries outside of the EU, we are required to include an Invoice in all cases.
Any complaints should be sent to us at info@family-nation.com and we will do our best to resolve them as speedily as possible.

Any dispute relating to the application, implementation, interpretation or violation of the purchase contract online via www.family-nation.com is subject to Italian law. In any dispute between the customer and Family SRL Nation the customer is entitled to use the conciliation service governed by the rules of the Conciliation Service of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence.
